Live addresses get scattered. Write down the official URL so what you share is always the right version.
After Deploy finishes, there is a short pause people skip: copy the public URL into a note you trust. Without that, a week later you are guessing between editor preview, an old link, and an address that once changed.
Keep one line in a project note: date, URL, and one sentence about what just went live. If you later use your own domain, update that line โ do not let two "official" addresses live at once in a client chat.
Share only the URL from that note, not from a preview tab. Preview is for you; the public URL is for everyone else. After a redeploy, open the same URL in a private window to confirm the new version is what visitors see.
The habit sounds administrative. The payoff is practical: you stop sending the wrong link, and that tiny deploy log helps when the site feels like it "changed by itself."
