Keep the Public URL in One Place After Every Deploy

Live addresses get scattered. Write down the official URL so what you share is always the right version.

After Deploy finishes, there is a short pause people skip: copy the public URL into a note you trust. Without that, a week later you are guessing between editor preview, an old link, and an address that once changed.

Keep one line in a project note: date, URL, and one sentence about what just went live. If you later use your own domain, update that line โ€” do not let two "official" addresses live at once in a client chat.

Share only the URL from that note, not from a preview tab. Preview is for you; the public URL is for everyone else. After a redeploy, open the same URL in a private window to confirm the new version is what visitors see.

The habit sounds administrative. The payoff is practical: you stop sending the wrong link, and that tiny deploy log helps when the site feels like it "changed by itself."
