AI Usage Disclaimer

This document supplements the Terms of Service regarding the use of AI features in Clincoo (including the assistant chat and Agent Mode). Last updated: 17 September 2026.

Nature of AI Output

All output from Clincoo AI features is assistive and advisory. AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, security, or fitness of results for any particular purpose. You must review, test, and verify all generated code, text, configuration, or advice before using or publishing it.

User Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for decisions made based on AI output.
• Do not rely on AI as the sole source of truth, especially for matters with legal, financial, security, or personal-data impact.
• Do not enter credentials, API keys, secrets, or third-party personal data into AI conversations.

Quota Limits & Abuse

• AI usage is subject to daily quota according to your account package.
• Attempts to bypass quota (multi-account, automation, bots, manipulation) may result in restriction or account closure.

No Warranty

Clincoo does not warrant that AI output is free from bugs, bias, or errors. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of or reliance on AI results, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This disclaimer forms part of the Clincoo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using AI features, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
