Payment Policy

Terms for balance top-up, quota, subscription, and refunds on Clincoo. Last updated: 14 September 2026.

Balance Top-Up

• Minimum top-up is Rp10,000 and is done via QRIS — supported by GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and all Indonesian m-banking.
• Payments are processed by official QRIS providers. Confirmation arrives automatically in real time via digitally signed webhooks; balance is added after successful verification.
• If balance has not arrived even though funds were deducted, wait a maximum of 5 minutes then contact [email protected] with proof of transaction (amount, time, and order ID such as TOPUPQ-xxx).

Prices, Fees & Quota

• Service prices and quotas (e.g. free daily AI quota, Pro packages, etc.) are listed on the respective pages and may change; changes are announced in the platform.
• QRIS service fees follow the payment provider's rates. Pending, failed, or expired transactions incur no fees.
• Purchased balance can only be used for services within Clincoo and cannot be transferred to other users.

Refunds

• Top-up transactions: funds that successfully enter the balance are final. Refunds are considered only for system errors (balance not credited despite funds deducted) with complete proof, processed within max. 7 working days to the original account.
• Cancelled or expired transactions: no fees charged; funds are not deducted.
• Quota/subscription: active subscriptions cannot be refunded for remaining period, except for severe service disruption on our side.

Account Closure & Balance

Accounts we close for serious violations (gambling, fraud, illegal content) do not receive balance refunds. Accounts you close yourself may request a refund of remaining balance above Rp10,000 to your account, processed within max. 7 working days.

Transaction Disputes

Contact our team first at [email protected] before filing a chargeback with bank/e-wallet. Chargebacks proven intentional without resolution attempts may result in account suspension.
