Clincoo Activity Log and Audit Policy

What technical logs Clincoo may keep for security, how long, and your right to ask for an explanation.

Clincoo keeps limited technical logs so the service stays safe: sign-in time, coarse IP, and server error traces. Logs are not a diary of your page copy. Last updated: 18 September 2026.

What is recorded

Typical log events cover account and infrastructure activity, not the text of your pages. Editor contents stay in your project.

Retention

Security logs are kept only as long as needed to trace an incident. After that window they are deleted or anonymized.

Access

The platform team reads logs when abuse or an outage is suspected. You may write to [email protected] if a session feels wrong.

Related policies

This policy complements Privacy and Account Security. Signing in to Clincoo means you understand technical logs protect the service; they are not used to republish your work.
