Clincoo Account and Data Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of a Clincoo account through the official channel at [email protected] from the registered email address. Requests from parties we cannot verify are not processed.

After verification, login access is disabled. Projects and sites served through Clincoo are taken down according to the technical queue. Remaining balance or quota does not automatically become a cash claim unless the payment policy says otherwise.

Some technical traces may remain for a limited period: security logs, transaction records, and incident-recovery backups. That data is not used to republish the site to the public.

Deletion does not cancel legal obligations that already exist, such as a payment dispute or a terms-of-service case still being reviewed.
