Clincoo Data Retention and Technical Log Policy

Retention spells out how long data stays on Clincoo infrastructure. Without a time box, technical logs pile up with no purpose. Last updated: 18 September 2026.

Active account data

While an account is alive, profile, project, and preference data stay so you can sign in from another device. Deleting the account triggers personal-data removal within 30 days, except transaction records required by regulation.

Technical logs

Access logs, server errors, and security signals are kept for a short window to diagnose incidents. They are not an ad feed and are not sold.

Transactions

Top-up status and amounts are kept to meet financial record duties. QRIS payment credentials are not stored by Clincoo.
