Clincoo Account and Project Dispute Policy

Steps when two parties claim the same account or project: evidence we ask for, temporary freezes, and the official channel.

Account disputes are rare, but costly if a live project is controlled by the wrong party. This policy explains the workflow, not a trial. Last updated: 18 September 2026.

Official channel

Report via [email protected] from an address tied to the account. Give a short timeline and attach ownership proof (signup email, commit history, or top-up receipt).

Temporary freeze

If abuse risk is high, we may freeze deploy or login briefly so nobody empties the project. A freeze is not a verdict.

What we do not decide

Business disputes between a client and a freelancer outside the platform stay theirs. Clincoo guards technical access, not your work contract.

Governing law

Service disputes follow Indonesian law as in the Terms of Service. We may ask for a written settlement or order before restoring full control.
