ClincooPay Terms of Service (ToS)

ClincooPay Terms of Service (ToS) — the real-time digital wallet for sending and receiving balances in the Clincoo ecosystem. Last updated: 19 September 2026.

1. About the Service

ClincooPay lets Clincoo users store a balance, send and receive funds between users in real time, and pay for services inside the platform.

2. Top Up

• The minimum top up is Rp10,000 via QRIS — supported by GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and all Indonesian mobile banking apps.
• Top-up confirmations arrive automatically in real time after payment verification succeeds. If your balance has not arrived although funds were deducted, wait at most 5 minutes, then contact [email protected] with proof of the transaction (amount, time, and the order ID such as TOPUPQ-xxx).

3. Transfers & Transactions

• Transfers between Clincoo users are final and cannot be cancelled once processed.
• The minimum transfer amount follows the terms shown inside the app.
• Your full transaction history is available on the ClincooPay transactions page.

4. Fees & Quotas

Service fees follow the rates shown in the app at the time of the transaction. Pending, failed, or expired transactions are not charged.

5. Refunds

Refunds follow the Clincoo Payment Policy: system errors (balance not credited although funds were deducted) are processed within 7 business days to the originating account.

6. Availability & Support

We work to keep the service available but do not promise absolute uptime. Transaction issues can be reported to [email protected].

7. General Rules

Use of ClincooPay is also subject to the ClincooPay Terms & Conditions (SK).
