How to Report Abuse of Clincoo Services

What you can report

• Public sites that contain gambling, fraud, malware, or other prohibited content.
• Accounts impersonating Clincoo staff or stealing an identity.
• Community posts with spam, hate speech, or dangerous links.
• Misleading use of the Clincoo brand.

How to send a report

Email [email protected] with a clear subject such as "Abuse report — site URL". Include the full link, the date you saw it, a screenshot if it is safe to attach, and a short reason why it violates policy.

What happens after a report

We review reports as soon as we can. If a violation is confirmed, content may be removed or the account restricted under the Terms of Service. We do not always share action details with the reporter because of the other party's privacy.

False reports

Do not use this channel to attack a competitor or settle a personal score. Repeated reports that prove false may be ignored.

Emergencies

If someone is in immediate danger or a crime is in progress, contact the authorities first. Clincoo is not an emergency channel.
