This document governs the use of ClincooPay, the Clincoo digital wallet service. Last updated: 19 September 2026.
By creating a ClincooPay account and using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are fully responsible for keeping your wallet key, PIN, and connected Google account credentials confidential. Activity resulting from negligence on your side is your own responsibility.
You may not use ClincooPay for illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, gambling, or anything that harms other users or the service.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
We may close accounts proven to breach these terms without a balance refund. For self-initiated closure, a remaining balance above Rp10,000 can be refunded per the Clincoo Payment Policy.
